Yeah life is funny…not haha funny but funny in the sense human nature is shake my head (*smh) a disgrace. I gave money every month for rent, yet when I noticed a leak though it was small at the time the landlord was yet to fix it. When a problem is small it is better to take care of it before it explodes because with the latter you would have to pay more money to get it corrected. They want all of your money, yet they cannot provide the goods and services that you are paying for. Here is a timeline of pictures showing you for the past 6 months what I’ve been seeing with this old roof.
These pictures were taken approximately 5 months ago, it was major yet not as bad as it is now. That day it was actually raining so I could see the water coming from the patch in the roof and the sides.

This is the last week that this is going to remain that way that it is right now. This is a major health risk to us and this is going to be the final week and then the code enforcement…this is nonsense!
