From time to time I really have to wonder in this world who really cares about you? People can be so cruel and conniving, they seek to hurt you when you have not even done a thing to them. Funny how human nature is, the desire to hurt others yet you want to be loved. They want to know what makes you happy (don’t tell them), because they may get jealous and try to take that away. It is hard to trust anyone now-a-days and its hard to open up and express yourself.

Don’t get me wrong, you do have to trust someone to let out all of those pent up feelings inside or else you might go crazy. That person however has to be a very close friend one who holds you in high regards and vice versa. You will truly have to know the person for a few years to let out all of those skeletons. Question is though who can you trust? You would think you have someone at your side and then they leave you high and dry for the vultures. You are thinking that your secret is safe  but then it is out in the streets.

I am just reflecting on life, thinking only in rare cases you will find someone who cares for you besides your mother and yourself. When you have someone who cares they are a gem treat them like one.It is not about the money, money cannot buy happiness. Taking care is not buying things. Taking care is showing genuine concern for the other person. Listening to their problems. It means more to someone if you just listen.

Everyone needs a friend but its finding the right friend that matters. Not every friend is a friend. You will know a friend when they encourage you and enjoy when you are successful. A friend is not one to get jealous and try to take you down because you are better. Reflect on that.

Call me Mrs. Google or better yet I rather be the mistress to the mister . I fell in love with Gmail and now I am in love with the Google reader, Google sync, and Google talk formerly Grandcentral. What else, oh yes Google Analytics, Gtalk/Gchat and basically everything Google. The only thing I do not own right now is the Google Android. My dream is to one day own a Google house, a Google car and a Google MP3 player, maybe I will change my name to Vandy Google .

Gmail has evolved over the past few years, I love the labels, the ability to see multiple inboxes, to undo that embarrassing email that I might send when I am angry. The Most High (God) is the only one who knows how much I want to take back those words I just sent off. Gmail is the best…except when it is down that is.

Google Voice where do I begin, I have been beta testing it for the past two years when it was just Grand Central. Right  now I am so excited about the sms and the voicemail and the ability to use it as a regular phone. A great alternate that is my phone number for the public .

Google reader ah yes the place where I have all of those feed that I read for information. Oh and the reason why I retweet is  because someone already tweeted the post that I was reading. Back to Google reader, I can have all of my RSS feeds in one place and I could share it with my friends and share it on Facebook via the import feature. It is a very handy tool when it comes to getting the news and tech updates.

Google Sync my phone company Verizon Wireless is offering this feature called phonebook backup. I don’t use it though I rather use Google Sync for one reason it is free!!!  Second I could lose my contact at anytime i.e. when I am not thinking I may hard reset my phone and all of my contacts may disappear I could reinstall my Google sync and I am ready to go. By the way since I am Google’s mistress I am using it.

Oh no I forgot my GOOG-411. Now I love using GOOG-411, it is free and I do not have to wait for someone to answer me, that is $1.75 that I am saving quick and simple and you get to the business in under 30 seconds now that is some 411. You could try it 1-800-GOOG411.

Last but not least GTalk/GChat having my chat within my email is a one stop shop for me. MSN and Yahoo? Ok I admit I still use those, but I would rather have my GChat. Its clean not too much bulk like those ads and so far no spam and no stupid viruses. Plus I can see all of my emails when they come in.

As far as I can tell I am in love with Google . I am in no way affiliated and I am not being paid to say that it is just my opinion. There are many tools that Google is using some of the others are Youtube, Google Video, Google Analytics and the long time Google search. I find then quite useful and easy on the pockets, I cannot wait to see what is next. Anyways that’s it on Google.

*sigh* Its Sunday. Is it me or are the days flying by so quickly that it feels like its the same Sunday but something else is happening? Well I am up at this ungodly hour and so I will release my thoughts and some updates. I did say I was going to bed, but I need to let this out first. Ah so this week what should I say? I have wasted quite a few hours on twitter, doing retweets and tweeting my life away. At least I got to make my Lasagna for the first time and I love the cheese…mmm…it was not too bad for a first timer. The next day it was burgers and the next tacos. I know a lot of beef but I am not going to have any for the rest of the month that’s for sure. It will be back to stewed chicken and maybe some red snapper, mmm. Now that’s and idea some stewed snapper.

I also began to work on my other site Davantech, with the help of all the tutorials I am now making some progress. I am yet to finish it and I blame twitter. Here is a snapshot of it (trying out Web Snapshot):

I really need it to finish it. So far it is going well. I am really proud.

It was also a great week on twitter I have made quite a few friends some of whom are great with computers. I also got into using Gtalk since some of them do not use Msn or Yahoo. Oh, and I also managed to clean my Google reader of the 1000 plus RSS feeds. I did not read all of them, I just flicked through the new ones and the old ones had to go. I then realized how good it really is and the reason why I signed up in the first place. I mean I have it on my phone, but  I will continue to use Google reader. I also signed up for a few podcasts from Bwana, some pretty good ones. I found some excellent bookmarks also. As I said before twitter is very good in finding tutorials and great links. There is a lot of inspiration out there.

Oh yes and follow Friday, well this week was my third Follow Friday and it was more exciting because I was able to find more people with more tutorials and information. That is the number one reason I am using twitter to find info and share it if I can. I was also told that I made it to number 53 for the Top Follow Friday. To tell you the truth after seeing myself at number 203 I did not watch it again. Then again it is no popularity contest though you can be taken away with the glory of having a vast number of followers. Really right now 645 is way too overwhelming, I am thinking now what am I going to feed them.

I wanted to watch 3 movies in one day my little marathon but I did not get to do it yesterday so I played with my new Wacom tablet, its a Bamboo Fun. I need to get used to it and I have been working with it for the past two days since I got it. Man it is awesome. I have so many things to sketch, I just need to get used to it and find out all of the techniques on how to manifest the sketching part of it. Otherwise it feels like pencil to a paper without all of the messy eraser dust. I think I can do it yes. Anyways I will give my review later on these three movies, Push, Taken and the Uninvited or maybe something else, but today is the day I do the three movies again.
